Questions photographers ask
Are my clients seeing my real photos?
No. Clients only ever see proofs: each photo is resized, heavily compressed and covered with your watermark. That is plenty to choose a favourite, and not enough to print or reuse. They receive the real, edited photos only after they have ordered.
Do you store my original photos?
No. We keep only the small proofs, so your originals stay with you and you edit from them when an order comes in. It also means 500 MB goes a long way.
How do I get paid?
Clients pay you directly by EFT, using the bank details and reference on their order. The money never passes through us, and we take no commission. You tick "payment received" when it lands.
When do I edit the photos?
After a client has chosen and ordered. You edit just the photos they picked and deliver them by Drive link, on a USB, or as the printed product they ordered. No more editing photos nobody buys.
What happens when my storage is full?
New uploads pause until you delete galleries you no longer need, or ask us to raise your limit. Nothing already uploaded is touched.
What if I miss a payment?
Your account is paused: your clients see an "unavailable" page, and you can still log in to see your invoice and how to pay it. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes back once payment is confirmed.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Your site works in any phone or desktop browser. Clients can optionally switch on push notifications so they hear the moment their photos are ready.
